As an entry-level Design Sales Associate at Sideli Studio, you will collaborate with homeowners, designers, and architects to create beautiful, functional spaces using tile and stone. This customer-focused role blends sales, customer service, and design, requiring attention to detail, professionalism, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Customer Service:
Provide high-quality customer service to both scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Listen to clients' needs, provide feedback, and follow up on sales.
Engage in planning and executing in-store events.
Design and Consultation:
Source materials for clients through samples, vendor websites, and price books.
Organize design ideas and communicate with contractors, installers, architects, and designers.
Assist clients at warehouses with countertop and slab selection.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure design areas are stocked.
Schedule client meetings using Google Calendar and internal CRMs.
Administer the sales process and track orders.
Create a strategic sales plan and track customer interactions.
Collaboration and Growth:
Work with management to build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
Participate in educational courses and research new vendors.
Help coordinate and attend events organized by management.
